Where a product is restricted for your destination, that restriction is stated on the product page and the order is blocked at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
Age Restrictions

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Pioneer Labs will not intentionally fulfill an order where shipment of the applicable product is prohibited by law.
