Shipping & Handling

This page explains how Pioneer Labs prepares, ships, and hands over laboratory research reagents, and what is required of the person receiving them. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Research Use Only — Handling Requirements
Every product Pioneer Labs ships is a laboratory research reagent. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device. It is not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary use, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- The materials will be received and handled only by individuals qualified to work with laboratory research chemicals.
- The shipping destination is a laboratory, institution, or other setting appropriate for receiving research reagents.
- The materials will not be administered to humans or animals.
- The materials will be stored and handled in accordance with the specification and Certificate of Analysis published on the product page.
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law at the destination.
Pioneer Labs does not provide dosing, administration, preparation-for-use, or clinical guidance, and will not provide it on request. Product pages carry chemical identity data and batch verification only.
Who May Order
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Pioneer Labs. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are acquiring the materials for lawful laboratory research purposes.
Pioneer Labs may verify customer information before shipment, and reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Where We Ship
Pioneer Labs ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Availability is not uniform across the United States. Certain research compounds are subject to state and local restrictions, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that a product is lawful at the destination before ordering. Pioneer Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or partially fulfil any order where the product ordered is restricted at the shipping address, and to cancel and refund an order after it is placed if such a restriction is identified.
Order Processing
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Pioneer Labs has approved the order. Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Materials are packaged to protect the container and its label in transit. Outer packaging does not identify the contents.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders over $200. Any shipping charge that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Delivery Estimates and Delays
Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed. Pioneer Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Events outside our control
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
Receiving and Inspecting a Shipment
Inspect every shipment on arrival, before storing it. Confirm that:
- The container is intact and its seal is undisturbed.
- The label matches the product you ordered, including quantity.
- The batch or lot number matches the Certificate of Analysis linked on the product page.
Store the material as stated on its specification and Certificate of Analysis. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — see Returns & Refunds. Retain all packaging until the report is resolved.
